North Liverpool Academy is opening a Studio School for students aged 14 to 19 specialising in games development and digital futures.

The Studio will provide young people with the opportunity to develop skills and qualification that will help them to pursue a career in the gaming or digital futures sector.

The curriculum will focus on STEAM subjects – Science, Technology, English, Arts and Maths with project based learning themed around gaming and digital technologies.

Announcing the appointment of an Interim Principal Designate

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Emily Vernon as Interim Principal Designate of The Studio. Mrs Vernon has been employed as an Assistant Principal at North Liverpool Academy since its inception and is a specialist in maths teaching and learning.

The Studio @ Soundcity Expo – 18th and 19th May

Liverpool Echo Arena – 12pm until 5pm

Soundcity brings together people from the music, creative and digital industries for a three day international festival.

This year The Studio will be exhibiting at the Soundcity Expo. The NAO robots are making the journey all the way from France after proving to be one of our most popular exhibitors at the I heart Gaming Festival and will be making an appearance on our stand.
